Sellers: Individual sellers and agency members can publish property listings by providing key information such as property details, location, and amenities. Sellers receive inquiries from interested buyers through a dedicated contact form, with all inquiries neatly organized in a separate tab. For agencies, an admin can invite members to collaborate on creating and managing property listings, enabling efficient teamwork.

Buyers: Buyers can explore the listings using advanced search filters, such as purpose, location, property type, price, and amenities, to find properties that meet their specific needs. They can save listings of interest by marking them as Favorites for quick future reference. Additionally, buyers can browse agency profiles and view their respective listings in a dedicated section for easy comparison and decision-making.

Account Management: Both buyers and sellers can manage their account information, including profile details, password settings, and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
